1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and fragrance products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ We Accept Returns If:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
✘ We Do NOT Accept Returns If:
- The product has been opened, used, or tested.
- The packaging is tampered or broken.
- The return window (48 hours) has passed.
- The product was purchased on sale or during special promotions (non-returnable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened skincare products
- Used perfumes
- Gift cards
- Free items or samples
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
4. Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will send a free replacement or provide store credit after verifying your claim.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
